What is in the kitchen?
  There is a full kitchen that is stocked with most basic things you will need to cook and eat: including pots, pans, and enough utensils, dinner ware, and glasses for the number of guests permitted in the house.  There is salt and pepper in the cabinets, but if you need anything else for food preparation, you will need to supply that yourself.  We also supply 2 traditional coffee pots, plus 1 Keurig coffee maker in the house.  Dish detergent, trash bags, and cleaning agents are located under the sink.  We also supply a crockpot, an electric electric skillet, a Ninja blender and cookie sheets.  

Do you supply toilet paper?
    Yes, we leave 3 rolls in each bathroom.  If your stay is longer than a few days, you may want to buy some extra.

Is there an iron, ironing board and blow dryer?
   Yes

Are there shampoos, soaps and other toiletries provided?
   The Farmhouse supplies soap, conditioner and shampoo in the shower and soap by each sink.

When are check in and out times?
    Check in:  4:00 pm EST     Check out:  10:30 am EST

Can I bring my pet?
    YES! We do allow well behaved pets. Our pet fee is $40 per night, per pet.

Keep in mind: if you pet causes damages to the property, you will be charged.

Is there a grill provided?
   Yes, both houses have a gas grill.

Is smoking permitted?
   Smoking is only permitted outdoors.  All houses are NON-SMOKING!

What happens if there is damage?
YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL NOT BE UTILIZED PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS ARE MET:
- No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
- Prior to your departure, all debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
- All keys are left in the lockbox.
- No linens are lost or damaged.
- The house HAS NOT BEEN SMOKED IN!
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
- No items are missing from the house.

Are there trails to hike on?
   Yes - trails have been cut along the river on our property - approx. 1 mile long. But our guests favorite hike is in the river, so bring old tennis shoes or water shoes.

Can guests use the pool?
  The pool is for The Farmhouse guests.
   
Can we visit and fish in the pond?
   Absolutely!  It is a short walk down the driveway behind the log home to the fishing pond.  Sit a spell on the quiet dock or throw your line in to the stocked pond.

Can we explore all 20 acres and the barn?
   Yes!  Explore away!
